have been into Star Wars since its release that summer in 1977.
I was 13 years old and I was totally blown away by what I saw! I
have spent the last 26 years involved in collecting, reading, watching
this wonderful Saga called Star Wars! It has survived thru my first
marriage...even though my Ex threw out 2 loose complete mint vintage
sets of figures (including all of the POTF figures and 2 mint Blue
Snaggletooths!) That is why she is my Ex! My new wife loves my collection
and actively participates in my hobby! I am blessed to have such
a wonderful wife!

Bio: I first saw Star Wars when the
SE came out, and I was hooked! I'm a huge fan of both
the original and prequel trilogies, as well as the
EU. I also love to read the novels and collect the
3 3/4" action figures and Unleashed statues.

Bio: Like my buddy
Jess, I saw the original Star Wars in 1977. Starlog magazine was my
tip-off. I knew it was going to be special before any previews were
ever shown. So I was the first one in line for the premiere at the
old theater that used to be in the Wyoming Mall. To my fourteen year
old brain, that movie was like crack. I bounded out of that theater
jacked-up high, I swear! From there I headed straight to Allwoods
for the makings of my first lightsaber. "Your father wanted you to
have this when you were old enough..." Chromed sink pipe (can you
even find that anymore?), bicycle inner tube for the grip, a toggle
switch for the 'rabbit ears', and some greeblies for good measure.
It wasn't terribly accurate, as I had no pictures to go on... only
memory. But all things considered, it was a valiant effort for a 14
year old. I eventually gave that saber to a cute girl I had a crush
on, and she probably threw it away. What I wouldn't give to see it
again! Ah well, it was only the first of many. Plus blasters and
model kits. To this day, Luke's lightsaber remains the iconic symbol
of Star Wars for me. Mos Alba has helped me recapture the excitement
I enjoyed as a kid, making props and costumes. And for me, this
whole thing continues to be all about the kids. Yeah, even the
"inner kids" each of us carry with us.

Bio: I have been into Star
Wars as long as I can remember. I am married with three children,
and my sons and daughter as well as my wife all love Star Wars. I
collect anything Star Wars related, and also read all the novels. My
favorite of all the movies is "A New Hope", because that's what
started it all for me.

destroying my brothers Star Wars toys and models, been hooked on
destruction and Star Wars ever since. Im now 25 and married, it will
be 3 years in July, with no kids but we plan on some when I finish
school and can afford the younglings. I attended ITT Technical
Institute getting my degree in IT(dont waste your money on ITT...no
I'm not bitter about my sub parr education and wasted money...ok yes
I am) I currently work at the Albuquerque Publishing Company backing
up mainframes and doing computer stuff.

ANH when I was 6. I remember seeing the trailer with my dad and
brother at another movie. My old man took us to see it and it was

Bio: My
life began when I saw Star Wars...just kidding! I've been a fan
since I was 7. I remember Star Wars must have been a big deal,
because my dad took the family and paid FULL PRICE to go to see ANH.
(I think it was $1.50 a ticket then!!!) My family mistakenly thought
I would grow out of my obsession as I got older, but the opposite in
fact happened. Luckily, I have a husband and son who enjoy the
films, toys, comics, etc. as well. I also enjoy the many other
creative outlets (costuming, RPG, fan fiction) that George's little
galaxy lets me play in...
In my "normal" life, I'm a CPA with a healthcare corporation in ABQ,
and working on starting my own consulting business. My hubby and the
kids (1 boy, 1 dog) try to go camping/hiking/boating whenever we get
the chance.

I have been a huge Star Wars fan
since the 80's when I saw the Empire Strikes back 35 times when it
first came out. Since then it has made a profound impact on me and
I have collected movie props for years. This year with the release
of Episode 3 I was able to re-live it all again thru the eyes of my
kids. I am blessed to be able to continue the Star Wars
experience.
